First, let me say I looked all over to find a transmission company that had great reviews, both with customer satisfaction and quality of work. I came across Mike at Cleveland transmission. Explain my situation. He gave me a couple options I took one of the options and ordered everything. His team installed it in record time and his correspondence has been nothing but stellar! If you're looking for someone who puts customer service and quality at its forefront, this is the company for you. I don't believe you'll be disappointed!!

Had the transmission rebuilt on my Pontiac Vibe at Cleveland Transmissions and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered my questions, and had a surprisingly quick turnaround time. It’s hard to find a shop that combines quality work with great customer service, but Cleveland Transmissions delivered on both. Highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.

Wanted to share my experience with Cleveland Transmissions - I dropped this blown 6L90 Transmission out of our Dump Truck on Friday at noon. Sunday Afternoon they advised me the transmission was ready for pickup. A full rebuild, cleaned and painted- within 48 hours. I picked it up Monday morning, and spent a few hours Monday and few hours today installing it. It drives absolutely perfect. The price point, the customer service, and the turnaround time on this service was absolutely amazing. I recommend them 10/10. Thanks guys!

If we could, we would leave 10 stars! The owner and the team did an amazing job fixing our beloved minivan’s transmission (a Japanese import) for a very fair price. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process of sourcing a spare transmission, and after a few wrong ones, we finally found the original. 100% recommend and a huge thank you to Efner again.
